Biography
Dr Timothy Grice is a pain medicine specialist committed to improving quality of life for all those suffering persistent and chronic pain, including back pain.
Dr Grice collaborates with his patients to find optimal evidence-based pain management solutions that best suit their unique needs. By utilising multidisciplinary care, Tim ensures each person is well-informed about the nature of their pain and equipped with the tools to manage it effectively.Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Otago in 1999, Tim completed diplomas in both child health and musculoskeletal medicine, before undertaking his specialist training on the Gold Coast. After becoming a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetist, he went on to complete further training in pain medicine at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in 2008.
Since then, Tim’s been practising as an anaesthetist and pain medicine consultant in Brisbane, as well as lecturing in anaesthesia and physiology at Bond University.
