Biography

Dr Alison De Souza is a Melbourne-based gynaecologist who offers empathetic best practice care to women to assist in achieving the best possible results.

Dr De Souza provides specialised care for women during pregnancy and the postnatal period. She is also a certified colposcopist, managing all aspects of cervical dysplasia and has expertise in the management of bleeding and menopausal conditions as well as bladder and bowel dysfunction, including incontinence, prolapse and sexual dysfunction. She is experienced in advanced pelvic floor reconstruction.

Alison graduated with honours from Monash University and trained in obstetrics and gynaecology at the Mercy Hospital for Women in Victoria. She is actively involved in teaching and research.
