Biography
Dr Amanda Scott is a consultant medical specialist trained in all aspects of paediatric endocrinology.
Dr Amanda Scott is a consultant medical specialist in paediatric endocrinology.Trained in all aspects of endocrinology, she has particular interest and expertise in type 1 diabetes, growth issues, delayed or precocious puberty and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
A graduate of the University of Queensland, Amanda also grew up in regional Queensland. Because of this she has a unique insight and understanding into the specialist paediatric needs of rural families and the challenges to accessing these services.
