Biography

Dr Chris Brown is a Melbourne-based ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon who is highly skilled and displays a comforting level of compassion to people when discussing his recommendations for their ENT surgery.

Dr Brown has a special focus on nasal and sinus disorders (rhinology). Chris graduated from Monash University and undertook his ENT training in Tasmania and Victoria. He completed his surgical training in Melbourne and then undertook a rhinology fellowship at the University of Iowa in the USA.

Chris has published in peer-reviewed journals on medical and surgical options for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps and he is involved in ongoing research into treatment options in this field. He also been involved in coordinating several sinus courses for trainee surgeons at Melbourne University.
