Biography
Dr Mayson is a haematologist with extensive training and experience in both clinical and laboratory haematology.
Dr Mayson offers diagnosis and treatment for all blood conditions including blood cancers, clotting and bleeding conditions, iron disorders, inherited blood diseases, and blood transfusion management.Eleni is also trained to interpret a variety of laboratory investigations that are important in the diagnosis and management of haematological conditions. She can prescribe chemotherapy and other appropriate therapies, and has access to the latest clinical trials.
Eleni cares for people who require an autologous bone marrow transplant (where they are the donor for their stem cells).
She strongly believes in collaboration with other experts in order to make the best possible treatment decisions for you, and frequently participates in multidisciplinary meetings with colleagues while also engaging your GP and other specialists.
