Biography

Dr Neil Israelsohn is a Melbourne-based obstetrician and gynaecologist who ensures all women feel fully informed and secure in decisions regarding the wellbeing and care of mother and baby.

Dr Israelsohn is focussed on maternal foetal medicine (high risk pregnancies), ultrasound and the management of complicated pregnancies.  He also performs gynaecological surgery including laparoscopy (key-hole surgery).

Neil graduated with honours from the University of Melbourne and commenced training in obstetrics and gynaecology after gaining invaluable experience in paediatrics and neonatology. He completed his post-graduate training at the Mercy Hospital for Women.

Neil is passionate about educating and mentoring future doctors in the areas of obstetrics, gynaecology and ultrasound.
