Biography

Dr Mansoor Mirkazemi is a Melbourne-based plastic surgeon specialising in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery and hand surgery. He provides a caring and compassionate service while delivering the most up-to-date operative techniques.

Dr Mirkazemi has special interests in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery, facial rejuvenation, nasal refinement, body contouring, skin cancer, melanoma and hand surgery.

Mansoor graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1995 and completed his internship and 2 years of basic surgical training at the Royal Hobart Hospital. He then worked as a plastic surgery registrar in Tasmania before moving to Victoria in 2002, where he trained in general surgery for 2 years before undertaking 4 years of advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Mansoor is actively involved in teaching plastic surgery trainees and has published articles in peer-reviewed journals. He attends national and international conferences to keep abreast of any clinical advances in the field of plastic surgery and is also an Interplast volunteer, travelling to Indonesia yearly, to offer his expertise to those with limited access to medical treatment.
