Biography
Prof Peter Gibbs is a medical oncologist with clinical and research interests focused on colorectal (bowel, colon and rectal) cancer.
He ensures people clearly understand his diagnosis and recommendations to help achieve the best results possible.Peter is a leading researcher in medical oncology, with a particular interest in translational research. He has led a number of international clinical trials and participated in research collaborations within Australia and internationally, culminating in over 200 published articles.
Peter is a frequently-invited speaker at national and international expert meetings and holds an appointment as Professor at the University of Melbourne.
