Add Hoc / Add On Bookings
It is important to note:
Ad Hoc / Add On bookings for elective patients will be offered:
- If the procedural area can provide adequate staffing, the required equipment is available and patient bed flow requirements are met.
- If criteria are met, the session will be offered on a first come first served basis.
Please complete an Ad Hoc / Add On Request Form and email to SVHBBackoffice@svha.org.au for review.
Your request will be reviewed to ascertain if adequate resources, including staff, beds, equipment and consumables are available. An email will then be sent to advise of the decision.
All weekend bookings will be cancelled if an Ad Hoc / Add On Request Form has not been received within 24 hours of the weekend session request.
