Sessional Suite Enquiries
For specialists currently utilising the Sessional Suites, a member of the SVPHN administrative team will be onsite during confirmed consultation sessions to support your clinic. Our team will meet and greet patients throughout your session and manage outpatient invoice payments.
To assist with planning and operational efficiency, please email your patient appointment schedule at least 24 hours prior to your session to northside.sessionalsuites@svha.org.au.
Should you wish to arrange your own administration support, access the suites outside of standard operating hours, or discuss any other operational requirements, please contact the Sessional Suites team via the email above.
Session Times
Sessional Suites are operational Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays):
AM Session: 0800 – 1200
PM Session: 1300 – 1700
Should you wish to access the suites outside of opening hours, please email northside.sessionalsuites@svha.org.au to discuss your requirements.
Session Rates
AM Session: $150 + GST
PM Session: $150 + GST
Overtime Rates
Our administration team are rostered for the allocated session times only. While we understand consultations may occasionally extend beyond the scheduled session, overtime charges will apply as follows:
- 1700 – 1730 | no charge
- 1730 onwards | $50 per 30-minute increments
Suite Features
Specialists have the option to use their own laptop or log in to the SVPHN network via the desktop computer provided in each consulting suite.
Please note that specialists are requested to provide their own EFTPOS machine.
Our suites are fully equipped to provide a professional and comfortable consulting environment, including:
