We welcomed Geraldine Lannon to St Vincent’s as Chief Executive Officer, Victorian Private Hospitals in June 2026.

Geraldine has a distinguished career across hospital, aged care and community-based services, with expertise in leading complex, multi-site organisations through significant change, while strengthening clinical governance, enhancing commercial performance and building high performing teams, grounded in compassion and accountability.

Her most recent role was CEO Baptcare across Vic, Tas and SA. Previous roles have included Executive Director Emergency Services with Department of Communities WA, Executive Director at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital group in WA and various roles across South Metropolitan Health Services WA.
