Biography
Dr Antony Lau looks after patients with all forms of heart disease, and performs complex coronary interventional procedures.
Dr Lau is a conjoint senior lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine UNSW. He is the Principal of the Sydney North Cardiology Group. His practice is based on the North Shore.He was a NH&MRC research scholar, and his previous PhD research was based on the pathophysiology and prevention of atherosclerosis and restenosis. His current research is focused on investigating the use of new diagnostic tools in coronary artery disease. He looks after patients with all forms of heart disease, and performs complex coronary interventional procedures.
Dr Lau is a research scholar who is currently researching the use of new diagnostic tools in coronary artery disease. A keen violinist, Dr Lau is a committee member of the NSW Doctors Orchestra.
