Biography

Dr Ashleigh Seiler is a highly qualified obstetrician and gynaecologist based in Melbourne, dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care for women at all stages of life.

She brings a wealth of clinical expertise and advanced skills to her practice. Ashleigh combines evidence-based medicine with a compassionate approach, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care.

In addition to her private practice, Ashleigh is a staff specialist at the Royal Women’s Hospital, where she also serves as Prevocational Supervisor, mentoring and supporting junior doctors. She is actively involved in professional leadership as the Secretary of the Early Pregnancy Network of Victoria, contributing to advancements in early pregnancy care.

Her special interests include early pregnancy management, particularly in the assessment and treatment of pain and bleeding complications, as well as clinical ultrasound. Ashleigh is committed to individualised patient care and empowering women to make informed decisions about their birth options, including vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC).

Outside of medicine, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her three children and maintaining an active lifestyle, balancing her professional and personal commitments.
