Biography
Dr Ashley Seawright is a Toowoomba-born general ophthalmologist with a particular interest in cataract surgery, glaucoma and macular disease.
Ashley completed his initial tertiary degree in Medicine in 1982 at the University of Queensland. In the following years he worked as a public hospital doctor and a general practitioner before completing the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists training program in 2000.He completed his fellowship year in the UK before returning home to Toowoomba in 2002 and taking up a role as a consultant ophthalmologist.
