Biography
Dr Catherina Tjahjadi is a cardiologist practicing at St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside.
Dr Catherina Tjahjadi obtained her medical degree in Indonesia in 1982, completed her Cardiology training at The Prince Charles Hospital in 2016 and subspecialized in Non-Invasive Cardiology (Cardiac Imaging) at Western Health in Melbourne in 2017-2018. Dr Tjahjadi continued to indulge her passion for clinical research and went to Leiden University Medical Centre in the Netherlands to do research in Cardiomyopathy. She returned to Australia in 2020.
Over the years, Dr Tjahjadi has proven to be a compassionate and dedicated Cardiologist providing superior care for patients with Cardiomyopathy and General Cardiology patients. Currently holding a position in private practice, Dr Tjahjadi values good communications with her patients and their primary health care providers to achieve the best treatment outcome possible.
