Biography

Dr Charlotte Knox is a consultant gastroenterologist with a wide range of expertise in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal and liver disorders.

Charlotte graduated from the University of New South Wales with a BMed and MD. She undertook Advanced Training in Gastroenterology at Prince of Wales and Royal North Shore Hospitals and subsequently completed a Fellowship in Advanced Pancreato-Biliary Medicine and Endoscopy at University College London Hospital.

She is skilled in therapeutic and diagnostic gastroscopy, colonoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound as well as ERCP for which she is CCRTGE accredited. Charlotte has authored a number of publications, and has ongoing research interests in iron deficiency anaemia, gastrointestinal bleeding, sessile serrated polyps and pancreatitis and provides personalised, empathetic and evidenced-based care. She has a particular interest in Pancreatic and Biliary diseases as well as cancer detection and surveillance.
