Biography
Dr Cosmin Florescu is an interventional radiologist with interests in a wide range of image-guided procedures including endovascular intervention, embolisation therapies, central venous access procedures (including chemotherapy port insertions), radiofrequency ablation and arterial and venous plasty and stenting.
Dr Florescu is committed to evidence-based minimally-invasive alternatives for a variety of medical concerns.Cosmin received a medical degree from the University of Melbourne in 2004, before going on to complete his specialist diagnostic and interventional radiology training at Monash Health. He then subsequently undertook further subspecialty training and earned a Membership of the European Board of Interventional Radiology.
