Biography
Dr Danielle Delaney is a fully accredited Adult and Paediatic Urologist.
Dr Delaney will be offering comprehensive adult urological care from St Vincent’s Private Community Hospital Griffith, including assessment of lower urinary tract symptoms for all ages including urinary incontinence (Overactive bladder and Stress incontinence), recurrent urinary tract infections, benign prostatic hyperplasia and haematuria as well as management of urinary tract stones, bladder cancer and congenital urological pathology. Danielle is skilled in endoscopic surgery including minimally invasive stone surgery (flexible ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy) as well as Botox and sacral neuromodulation for OAB and bulking procedures for SUI, open surgery including circumcision, vasectomy, scrotal surgery as well as sling surgery. She performs urodynamics using ultrasound. Dr Delaney also treats patient’s neurological bladder conditions such as Spina bifida, MS, spinal cord injury and Parkinson’s disease.
Dr Delaney has a special interest in functional urology, including management of continence issues and has been involved in international clinical trials. She is an expert in refractory OAB including proctoring for sacral neuromodulation as well as developing a medical device for OAB.
As one of Sydney's few female Urologists, Dr Delaney can provide empathic care to those patients who are more comfortable with a female surgeon.
Dr Delaney provides consultations both in person and via telehealth, ensuring flexible care options to suit patient needs.
