Biography
Dr David Krones is an Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon with expertise in both low and high-risk obstetric care, as well as advanced minimally invasive gynaecological surgery.
He completed his specialist training through the Royal North Shore Hospital Network before undertaking a senior registrar position at Royal North Shore Hospital. He subsequently completed further advanced training in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery at the Royal Hospital for Women, Sydney.Dr Krones has developed advanced skills in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery through his fellowship and surgical training, with particular interests in endometriosis, fibroids, menstrual disorders, fertility, colposcopy and menopause care. He is committed to providing evidence-based, individualised care tailored to each woman’s needs and stage of life.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Krones is actively involved in medical education and is a lecturer at both the University of Sydney and University of New South Wales.
