Biography

Dr Harpreet Arora is a Gynaecologist at Mater Hospital, North Sydney.

Dr Harpreet Kaur Arora is a consultant Gynaecologist and an accredited advanced laparoscopic surgeon, with staff appointment at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She also has admitting and operating rights at Mater Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital.

She completed her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training from reputed centres in Melbourne and Brisbane. She did a year of advanced training at the Endoscopy unit, Royal Brisbane Women Hospital, and obtained competency in laparoscopic management of benign gynaecological conditions. After attaining her royal college fellowship in 2015, she undertook sub-speciality training in Urogynaecology at various national and international centres of excellence.

She has extensive experience in medical and surgical management of all benign gynaecological conditions such as fibroids, AUB and abnormal cervical cytology. She offers hysteroscopic resection and laparoscopic hysterectomy for fibroids and colposcopy for abnormal cervical cytology at the clinic. She specialises in vaginal and laparoscopic Urogynaecology and pelvic floor repair surgery for managing prolapse and incontinence.

At the clinics she offers consultative services, and has provisions for outpatient investigational and therapeutic procedures (urodynamic studies, posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) etc.).
