Biography

Kenneth Ng is a geriatrician with a particular interest in people taking multiple medicines (polypharmacy), falls management and prevention, and the diagnosis and management of cognitive problems in older people.

After growing up in a small town in Malaysia, Kenneth undertook his tertiary education in the UK, graduating with an MBChB from the University of Leeds. He worked as a junior doctor in the UK before making the move to Australia. He’s worked throughout Queensland, undertaking his physician training in Townsville and eventually settling in Toowoomba to complete his advanced training in geriatric medicine.

Kenneth is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and outside of his clinical practice has published literature reviews within his specialty of geriatric medicine. They include reviews of medicines for orthostatic hypotension and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
