Biography

Dr Meredith Tassone is an obstetrician and gynaecologist consulting at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Fitzroy. She is highly qualified and experienced in managing complicated pregnancies and all forms of gynaecological disorders.

Meredith graduated from the University of Melbourne and then worked for 2 years at the Alfred Hospital before undertaking her obstetrics and gynaecology training at the Mercy Hospital for Women. She completed her training at the Monash Medical Centre as well as in the UK. 

Her return to Australia saw her launch her private practice. Meredith is currently a member of various committees at St Vincent's Private Hospital. She regularly attends conferences and seminars to keep abreast of the most recent advances in her field and she supervises junior obstetricians and gynaecologists as well as providing training for medical students.
