Biography
Dr Paul McEniery is an interventional cardiologist with a particular interest in invasive coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention.
Dr Paul McEniery graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with honours from the University of Queensland in 1975, before completing his specialist cardiology training at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. He has subsequently undertaken further training at the renowned Cleveland Clinic in the USA where he completed an additional fellowship in angioplasty, and has also spent time at Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital conducting research into hypertension. He returned to Brisbane in 2003 and has consulted publicly and privately at hospitals around the city ever since.
