Biography

Dr Philip Frawley is an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in the treatment of upper and lower limb problems.

Dr Philip Frawley is an orthopaedic surgeon who has been providing high-quality care to the people of the Riverina region for over 25 years. He specialises in the treatment of both upper and lower limb orthopaedic conditions.

Philip graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Melbourne in 1987. He went on to complete his orthopaedic specialist training and became a graduate of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in orthopaedic surgery in 1999. Travelling to the UK, he gained further experience in Cambridge, undertaking two post-graduate fellowships in shoulder and elbow surgery, and in hand and wrist surgery.

Outside his successful private practice, Philip also participates in the Australian Orthopaedic Association’s Outreach Program. As part of this program he volunteers his time in developing countries around the Asia-Pacific region, aiming to improve healthcare standards by offering access to education and otherwise unavailable orthopaedic treatments.
