Biography
Dr Phil Sheard is a well-regarded orthopaedic surgeon with special expertise in managing general orthopaedic conditions, trauma injuries and spinal conditions.
After graduating with honours from University College in London, Dr Sheard joined the Royal College of Surgeons of England and completed his Tr.& Orth fellowship at the world renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London.Dr Sheard worked as a high-profile Orthopaedic surgeon in the UK and then migrated to Australia and gained fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
His academic ability has earned him multiple awards and prizes, including the Arthur Edward Burton Memorial Prize in 2004. He has been published in peer reviewed journals including the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and the Journal of Thrombosis and Haematosis.
Dr Sheard offers consults and can perform surgeries for all lower limb orthopaedic complaints.
