Biography
Dr Shilpa Nadahalli is a Geriatrician with experience in all disciplines of medicine.
Dr Nadahalli worked in New Zealand, Queensland, ACT and New South Wales before completing her geriatrics training at Westmead and Hornsby hospitals in Sydney. She is a fellow of the RACP.Dr Nadahalli is a compassionate and caring person who is happy to discuss concerns and accommodate urgent appointments, offering both inpatient and outpatient consultations.
She has experience and provides expertise in all aspects of acute and non-acute geriatric medicine including:
- cognitive assessments
- geriatric assessments
- orthogeriatric assessments
- falls management and prevention
- post-stroke management
- delirium and dementia
- osteoporosis screening
- Nursing Home assessments.

Dr Nadahalli provides comprehensive geriatric services to acute medical inpatients at St. Vincent’s
Private Hospital. She is also a participant of the Geriatricians' on-call roster at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital.
Dr Nadahalli is available to provide regular consultations at various residential aged care facilities located within Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
