Dr Suchitra Chandar is a highly qualified cardiologist with particular interest in heart failure and heart disease.

Dr Suchitra Chandar is a cardiologist who specialises in heart related conditions and the underlying molecular mechanisms. She completed a PhD in molecular mechanisms of familial dilated cardiomyopathy at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and subsequently joined Concord Hospital as a part-time staff cardiologist as well as the honours programme supervisor at the Concord Clinical School. She completed her fellowship after basic physician training at Royal North Shore Hospital and advanced training in cardiology at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
