Biography

Dr Tom Cade is an obstetrician and gynaecologist with special interests in pregnant women with diabetes and in pelvic floor surgery.

Dr Cade has special interests in the obstetric management of diabetes (pre-existing or during pregnancy) and in pelvic floor surgery for prolapse, incontinence or obstetric trauma.

Tom undertook advanced training in gynaecological surgery at the Freemasons and Royal Women’s Hospitals. His obstetrics and gynaecology practice includes operating laparoscopically for common gynaecological problems such as infertility, pelvic pain or ovarian cysts, with a particular focus on vaginal corrective surgery.

Tom has a research higher degree (doctorate) in the management of diabetes.
