Biography
Miss Kirstie MacGill is a Melbourne-based plastic surgeon specialising in paediatric reconstructive surgery. She has an approachable and friendly manner, with a passion for working closely with associated healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Miss MacGill has a particular interest in paediatric plastic surgery, notably children with cleft palates and burns as well as adolescent girls with breast conditions. She also has expertise in head and neck cancer reconstruction and general plastic and hand surgery.Kirstie graduated from the University of Melbourne with honours in 1983 and then trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in general surgery before starting plastic surgery training. She also has international experience, having worked in Glasgow, Scotland and Texas.
