Biography

Dr Gail Tsang is a radiation oncologist with an interest in breast, haematological and gastrointestinal cancers, as well as neuro-oncology and prostate brachytherapy.

Gail advocates for a multidisciplinary approach to care, collaborating with other relevant health professionals to optimise disease management for all her patients.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Human Biology and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Gail completed her specialist radiation oncology training in Auckland and Australia. After becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Radiologists, she decided to pursue further training in Canada, undertaking a clinical fellowship in prostate brachytherapy at Toronto’s Sunnybrook Hospital.

Gail remains actively involved in teaching and research. She has ongoing involvement in breast cancer and oncology research, and currently holds an appointment as Adjunct Professor at Bond University.
