Biography

Dr Keagan Werner-Gibbings is a Vascular Surgeon at Mater Hospital, North Sydney.

Dr Keagan Werner-Gibbings is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, qualified in treating the full range of vascular disease. He has a special interest in the treatment of complex aortic pathology, venous disease and limb threatening vascular disease.

He graduated medicine from the University of Sydney with Honours and has also completed a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney. His Vascular Surgery training was undertaken at leading hospitals around Australia including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, The Alfred in Melbourne and Concord Hospital in Sydney. 

On completion of his Australian fellowship he was accepted as the Senior Clinical Fellow in Vascular Surgery at the world-renowned St Thomas’ Hospital in London, UK, working on treatments for deep venous disease and minimally invasive treatment of complex aortic pathology.
