Biography
Dr Fiona Tudehope is a Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist with subspecialty training in neurogastroenterology and advanced motility testing, including oesophageal manometry and 24-hour MII-pH studies.
She returned to Sydney following fellowship training in London, where she worked in a high-volume motility and reflux physiology centre. Fiona consults at Shore Gastro on the Lower North Shore and provides access to specialist diagnostic services including high-resolution oesophageal manometry, ambulatory MII-pH reflux monitoring, and motility-focused assessment of functional upper and lower gastrointestinal symptoms.She is committed to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and enjoys working closely with GPs, dietitians, pelvic floor physiotherapists, psychologists, and surgeons to provide holistic care. Fiona aims to give patients the time and clarity they need, and she offers prompt unhurried consultations and open communication with referring doctors.
